KVKK Explicit Consent Text

1. Disclosure vs. Explicit Consent

How your personal data is processed pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") is separately explained in the Privacy Policy (KVKK Disclosure Text) .

Operations such as creating a membership, taking your order, delivering the ticket, and fulfilling legal obligations rely on the legal bases under Article 5/2 of the KVKK and therefore do not require explicit consent. This text covers only the processing activities that fall outside that scope and rest on your consent.

2. International Transfer Does Not Rely on Explicit Consent

The platform's operation relies on cloud infrastructure, e-mail delivery, analytics and customer support tools. The servers of these service providers may be located abroad; in this context your name, e-mail address, phone number, order and usage data may be transferred abroad.

This transfer does not rely on your explicit consent. Under Article 9 of the KVKK, the transfer is carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (standard contract, undertaking, binding corporate rules). For this reason, no separate consent for international transfer is requested at the time of registration.

3. Processing Activity Submitted for Your Consent

3.1. Processing for Marketing and Personalization

In order to offer event recommendations tailored to your interests, determine campaigns and discounts specific to you, personalize your platform experience, and measure advertising performance, your order history, the events you have viewed, your dance style preferences and your platform usage data may be analyzed.

This processing is not mandatory for providing the service and is therefore subject to your explicit consent. If you do not give consent, general content and general campaigns will continue to be shown to you.

4. Commercial Electronic Message Consent Is Separate

Sending campaigns and announcements by e-mail, SMS or phone is subject to a separate consent under Law No. 6563 and is not the subject of this text. For that consent, see the Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text .

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal date.

To withdraw your consent, you may:

• Update your preference settings in your membership account,
• Apply by filling out the Data Subject Application Form ,
• Send your request to info@bailatix.com.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (requesting information, rectification, deletion, objection to processing, compensation for damages, etc.) at any time.
