Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text

1. Scope of the Consent

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, commercial electronic messages may only be sent with the recipient's prior consent.

By giving this consent, you permit us to send you the following content:

• New event, festival and workshop announcements
• Campaigns, discounts and early-bird ticket opportunities
• Event recommendations tailored to your interests
• Surveys, satisfaction research and promotional content

2. Delivery Channels

• E-mail — to the e-mail address you have declared
• SMS — to the mobile number you have declared
• Phone call — to the number you have declared

You may indicate a preference by channel when giving your consent, and may disable channels individually at any time.

3. Service Messages Are Not Subject to Consent

The following notifications do not qualify as commercial electronic messages and are sent regardless of this consent, within the scope of performing the contract and fulfilling legal obligations:

• Account verification and password reset e-mails
• Order confirmation, e-ticket, and payment/refund notices
• Notifications of a change in event date, venue or program
• Notifications regarding event cancellation
• Announcements of changes to agreements and policies

4. Registration with the Message Management System (İYS)

As required by legislation, your consent is registered with the Message Management System (İYS). You can view and manage your consent and rejection status at iys.org.tr or through the İYS mobile application.

A rejection you record through İYS is valid independently of your preferences on the platform, and sending will be stopped accordingly.

5. Withdrawal of Consent (Right to Reject)

You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. Your rejection request is processed within three business days of reaching us.

You can exercise your right to reject through the following means:

• The "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every e-mail sent,
• The rejection method indicated in SMS messages,
• The communication preferences settings in your membership account,
• Recording a rejection through İYS (iys.org.tr),
• A request sent to info@bailatix.com.

6. Processing of Personal Data

Under this consent, your e-mail address, phone number and message interaction data (opens, clicks) are processed. Details on the processing of this data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
