1. Your Right to Apply
Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") grants a number of rights to persons whose personal data is processed ("data subjects"). To exercise these rights, you must apply to the data controller.
The application procedure is governed by the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. This form is prepared to help you submit your application completely.
2. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result that arises to your detriment through analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data
rights.

4. Application Methods
You may submit your application through one of the following methods:

5. Information Required in the Application
For your application to be evaluated, you must provide the following information in full:
- Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
- National ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality, passport number or ID number),
- Residential or business address for notification purposes,
- E-mail address, phone and fax number for notification, if any,
- A clear and understandable description of the subject of the request,
- Any supporting information and documents, if available.
To help us quickly verify your relationship with our platform, we recommend also stating your membership e-mail address and any relevant order number, if applicable.
6. Resolution of the Application
- Your application will be resolved as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
- The response will be provided to you in writing or electronically, according to the method you specified.
- The process is free of charge unless it requires an additional cost. Where a cost arises, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
- If your request is rejected, the reason for rejection will be explained.
If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given within the time limit, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of the response and, in any case, within sixty days of the date of application.
7. Application on Behalf of a Third Party
Where the application is made on behalf of the data subject by a third party, a notarized special power of attorney must be attached to the application. For applications made on behalf of children, documents showing parental/guardian status are required.
